Enghel Farm was founded in 1985 by the Enghel family with a simple mission: to grow the freshest, most flavorful vegetables while caring for the earth that sustains us. What started as a small family plot has blossomed into a thriving organic farm serving thousands of families.
Every morning, our team walks the fields at dawn, hand-selecting vegetables at the peak of ripeness. We believe that food grown with care tastes better, nourishes better, and connects us more deeply to the natural world.
Today, Enghel Farm spans over 200 acres of certified organic land, producing more than 50 varieties of vegetables throughout the year. But despite our growth, we remain a family farm at heart — committed to quality, sustainability, and community.
